The mission of our club is provide an environment conducive to the development of the whole soccer player through the use of age appropriate drills, positive reinforcement, teamwork, and competitive skill development.
The vision statement of Hampshire United Soccer Club is that we will continuously endeavor to:
- develop and prepare our players for the future, both on and off the field;
- reinforce non-soccer specific skills such as communication, teamwork, responsibility, discipline, and respect for all players;
- strive to ensure all players are given a balanced experience and quality instruction;
- provide a positive environment for all soccer players to participate in; and
- ensure that all volunteers and coaches work together with enthusiasm and a professional approach.
